Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview


We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Zalka. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the firm.


Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.

Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and meeting rooms.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Provide accurate information to clients and visitors via phone, email, and in person.

Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as required.

Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.

Assist with Human Resources and office administration activities.

Support efficient office operations through various administrative tasks.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist clients and visitors while ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

TS or Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Minimum of 2 3 years of relevant work experience in an administrative, receptionist, or similar role.

Strong communication and telephone etiquette skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Previous experience in a professional services environment is an advantage.

Language Requirements

Professional proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking, writing, and typing) is mandatory.

French language skills are considered a strong advantage.
