Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conserves time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
o Prepare all the Journal Vouchers and other data entries
o Track and reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts (bank transactions and reconciliation etc.)
o Issue a bi-weekly payment schedule
o Responsible for the petty cash
o Responsible for filing and organization of accounting department
o Responsible in coordination with the purchasing dept. for receiving goods and entry of invoices
o In charge of the expenditures and payments
o In charge of requesting monthly statements of accounts from suppliers
Skills/Qualifications: Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Verbal Communication strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills
