Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative sales and marketing Assistant (female)

Office administration

  • Responding phone calls, create and update records and database
  • Following up with sales and warehouse departments to fulfill customer needs
  • Printing, scanning, fax, email, and other activities
  • Following up reports with company teams
  • Arranging scheduling meetings and outdoor activities
  • Hotel booking, flight booking, Car rental, company car records, etc.

Logistics

  • Handling shipments, following up with suppliers and related works / forms

Human resource

  • Handling holidays for employees, fingerprint & discussing issues with employees

Sales Support

  • Preparing company documentation for tenders
  • Arranging files for registration in customer records

Marketing:

  • Supporting marketing activities such as advertisement, giveaways, exhibitions participation, etc.
  • E-marketing activities in social media and advertisement in electronic formats

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing office budgets and procurement processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
