Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administrative framework

  • Ensure the management and daily administrative follow-up of the company.
  • Prepare, file and archive administrative documents.
  • To draw up letters, reports and minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
  • Ensure coordination between the different departments to facilitate communication.
  • Participate in the management of personnel files and the monitoring of human resources.
  • Monitor contracts, agreements and administrative contracts.
  • Degree in management, law, administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar position desired.
  • My knowledge of office automation and computer tools.
  • Rigour, organization and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills and team spirit.
