Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative framework
- Ensure the management and daily administrative follow-up of the company.
- Prepare, file and archive administrative documents.
- To draw up letters, reports and minutes.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
- Ensure coordination between the different departments to facilitate communication.
- Participate in the management of personnel files and the monitoring of human resources.
- Monitor contracts, agreements and administrative contracts.
- Degree in management, law, administration or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position desired.
- My knowledge of office automation and computer tools.
- Rigour, organization and sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
