Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Manager/Information Officer
1. Processing applications from students seeking academic mobility to France:
- Receive, verify and process the files;
- To verify documents in candidates' educational files;
- Follow up on candidate files via email and telephone exchanges;
- Follow up with candidates if necessary;
- Ensure that files are compliant and that the procedures defined for their administrative processing are followed.
2. To provide information on studying in France and the procedures for accessing French higher education
- Responding to user requests via the national telephone switchboard of Campus France Morocco;
- Process messages sent to the generic Campus France Morocco mailbox;
- Informing students about studying in France and the administrative procedures;
- Directing students towards the various services and tools of Campus France Morocco (workshops, support interviews, etc.);
- To make available documentation relating to French higher education;
- Participate occasionally in welcoming the public to the Campus France space in Rabat;
- Participate in promotional events organized by Campus France Morocco (information workshops, student fairs, etc.).
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
A two-year post-secondary degree (preferably from a French higher education institution) is required;
professional experience in the field is desirable.
All references are subject to verification.
Knowledge:
Good understanding of the French and Moroccan higher education systems;
knowledge of administrative procedures related to student mobility;
knowledge of the study abroad procedure in France is an asset.
Skills:
Ability to analyze an administrative file and assess its completeness and compliance;
proficiency in document control (verification of documents, detection of inconsistencies);
ability to formulate clear, structured, and user-friendly written responses;
ability to process a large volume of requests simultaneously while respecting tight deadlines;
ability to ensure rigorous follow-up of files and document exchanges with applicants;
ability to apply procedures and instructions within a standardized framework.

Technical skills:
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook);
ease in using digital file management platforms;

Fluency in written and spoken French;
fluency in colloquial Arabic;
proficiency in English is an asset.
