Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily administrative management: file tracking, filing, drafting letters and reports.
  • Manage phone calls, appointments, and the directorate's agenda.
  • Ensure note-taking and preparation of meetings.
  • Coordinate exchanges and follow-up of actions between France and Algeria.
  • Support the management in the development and follow-up of projects in Algeria.
  • Carry out professional trips within the wilaya and outside the wilaya (driving license required).

Skills:

  • Excellent command of French (oral and written).
  • Very good communication, organizational and priority management skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).
  • Autonomy, rigor, discretion and sense of service.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
