Roles & Responsibilities

Administrative Manager


General administrative management

  • Organize and supervise all administrative activities
  • Establish and monitor internal administrative procedures
  • Ensure the compliance of administrative and legal documents

Personnel management

  • Monitor staff administrative files
  • Monitor the management of employment contracts, amendments and certificates
  • Monitor social security declarations (CNAS, CACOBATPH, etc.)
  • Monitor disciplinary situations

Legal and regulatory monitoring

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and legal obligations
  • Ensure compliance with the company's internal regulations.
  • Managing relationships with public bodies (CNAS, tax authorities, labor inspectorate)
  • Monitor insurance and legal matters

Management et organisation

  • Supervise the administrative team
  • Divide the tasks and set the objectives
  • Provide reporting to management
  • Improving internal processes for greater efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Master 2 level) in management, administration or equivalent.

  • Proven experience of 6 to 10 years in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of Algerian labor law
  • Proficiency in local administrative procedures (CNAS, CASNOS, taxes)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mind, rigor and sense of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and administrative management software.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Good knowledge of the Algerian regulatory context.
