Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Administrative Manager is responsible for
- Overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the organization
- Ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient processes, and effective support across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
- Manage office operations including facilities, documentation, and communication channels.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff.
- Coordinate meetings, corporate events, and company activities.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.
