Administrative Officer Inventory System

Main responsibilities: your main responsibilities will be:



o Manage and maintain the inventory management system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.

o Create import tool for new items

o Post and track all incoming/outgoing inventory, sales, .ensuring compliance with internal inventory control procedures

o Reconcile inventory discrepancies by conducting periodic physical counts and audits.

o Generate regular inventory reports for management review (e.g. stock status, sell through .etc.)

o Other administrative tasks as per management request


Job Qualifications:


2+ years of experience.

Bachelor Degree

Fluent in English & Arabic, French is a plus

Computer Literate
