Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline office operations, systems, and procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars.
  • Draft, format, and distribute reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
  • Maintain well-organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support to team members and assist with project coordination.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and facility management for office repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Handle basic office-related errands and tasks outside the office when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • 1 2 years of experience in administrative roles (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities both inside and outside the office.
  • Strong network and ability to coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor s degree required.
