Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure the administrative management related to language course registrations (reception, guidance, registration, archiving).
- Follow the course schedule: timetable, rooms, student lists, communication with teachers.
- Manage the administrative files of learners (attestations, certificates, payments).
- Participate in the logistical organization of educational and cultural activities.
- Ensure the processing of information requests (in person, by phone, by email).
- Update the databases and tracking spreadsheets.
- Supporting the team in general administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+2 Bac+4 in management, administration, languages, communication or similar field.
- Experience in a language school is desirable.
- Excellent command of French and Italian is a major asset.
- My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Sense of organization, rigor and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service.
- Ability to work with a diverse audience (students, teachers, visitors).
