Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To ensure the administrative management related to language course registrations (reception, guidance, registration, archiving).
  • Follow the course schedule: timetable, rooms, student lists, communication with teachers.
  • Manage the administrative files of learners (attestations, certificates, payments).
  • Participate in the logistical organization of educational and cultural activities.
  • Ensure the processing of information requests (in person, by phone, by email).
  • Update the databases and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Supporting the team in general administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac+2 Bac+4 in management, administration, languages, communication or similar field.
  • Experience in a language school is desirable.
  • Excellent command of French and Italian is a major asset.
  • My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Sense of organization, rigor and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service.
  • Ability to work with a diverse audience (students, teachers, visitors).
