Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Draft administrative reports, minutes, internal notes, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure excellent writing quality in French.
  • Prepare administrative files related to MGX purchases.
  • Make trips to consult suppliers and make purchases.
  • Monitor MGX orders and deliveries.
  • Organize and centralize administrative documentation.
  • Produce regular reports to the hierarchy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Training in administration, management, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in French.
  • Very good writing skills.
  • Good knowledge of office automation tools.
  • Male, mobile for travel.
  • Valid driver's license required.
