Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist students in locating their classes and navigating the university campus.
- Organize and regularly update student attendance schedules.
- Coordinate with the academic department to meet administrative requirements.
- Liaise with university management to handle requests and ensure proper communication.
- Provide timely administrative support to maintain smooth operations between Hi-Q Academy and the university.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- High flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Cairo residence preferred (due to frequent commuting).
