Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist students in locating their classes and navigating the university campus.
  • Organize and regularly update student attendance schedules.
  • Coordinate with the academic department to meet administrative requirements.
  • Liaise with university management to handle requests and ensure proper communication.
  • Provide timely administrative support to maintain smooth operations between Hi-Q Academy and the university.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • High flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Cairo residence preferred (due to frequent commuting).
