Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome and direct clients to the correct department.
- Provide general clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and colleagues.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages and forward calls to the appropriate person.
- Respond to clients inquiries and handling complaints.
- File, copy, maintain and update client database.
- Manage both digital and hardcopy filing.
- Print and prepare documents including offers and contracts.
- Coordinate with different department.
- Follow up with technicians on a daily basis.
- Setting appointment with the client for maintenance & installation in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
- Liaise with departments and technicians and provide reports about their daily work.
