Roles & Responsibilities

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome and direct clients to the correct department.
  • Provide general clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management and colleagues.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages and forward calls to the appropriate person.
  • Respond to clients inquiries and handling complaints.
  • File, copy, maintain and update client database.
  • Manage both digital and hardcopy filing.
  • Print and prepare documents including offers and contracts.
  • Coordinate with different department.
  • Follow up with technicians on a daily basis.
  • Setting appointment with the client for maintenance & installation in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
  • Liaise with departments and technicians and provide reports about their daily work.
