Job Requirements


Within Campus France Maroc (CFM) in Rabat, a department of the Institut français du Maroc (IFM), under the authority of the CFM management, the administrative officer is in charge of the management of current budgetary, administrative and human resources matters within CFM. 


Profile sought:


Education and experience:


A university education at least Bac+3 level in economics and management or law is strongly recommended;

A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar position is required.

Skills and know-how:


Perfect command of written and oral French is required. Fluency in the Arabic language appreciated;

Mastery of computer tools and in particular the Microsoft Office suite is essential;

Knowledge of French public accounting and the "LOLF" environment;

Legal knowledge (contracts, agreements);

Knowledge of the Moroccan Labour Code;

Knowledge of management control techniques;

Analytical skills and ability to synthesize.

Personal qualities:


Rigor and attention to detail;

Ability to work in a team and in a network (coordination with the various Campus France services in Morocco);

Organizational and anticipatory skills;

Great discretion and duty of discretion required.

 


 


Missions


Report on the implementation of the CFM budget;

Monitor CFM's legal and accounting commitments (expenses and revenues);

Ensure the verification and follow-up of contracts/agreements in their implementation in terms of expenditure and revenue;

Ensure the processing and follow-up of invoices (service providers/self-employed people);

Contribute to the drafting of notes and letters and any other activity necessary for the proper administrative functioning;

Provide support to CFM's human resources management;

Ensure the proper functioning of CFM premises (maintenance, security);

Provide logistical support for the organization of events and travel for CFM staff;

Follow the agenda of CFM management.

Formation et exp rience :

  • Une formation universitaire de niveau Bac+3 minimum en conomie-gestion ou en droit est vivement recommand e ;
  • Une exp rience professionnelle d au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire est exig e.
  • Toutes les r f rences fournies sont susceptibles de faire l objet d une v rification

Comp tences et savoir-faire :

  • Parfaite ma trise du fran ais crit et oral exig e. Ma trise de la langue arabe appr ci e ;
  • Ma trise de l outil informatique et notamment de la suite Microsoft Office indispensable ;
  • Connaissance de la comptabilit publique fran aise et de l environnement LOLF ;
  • Connaissances juridiques (contrats, conventions) ;
  • Connaissance du code du travail marocain ;
  • Connaissance des techniques de contr le de gestion ;
  • Capacit d analyse et esprit de synth se.
