Roles & Responsibilities
Main duties:
- Management of administrative and contractual documents
- Monitoring correspondence, emails and relationships with partners
- Supply management and coordination of general services
- Providing support to internal teams for various administrative and financial tasks
Search profile:
- My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills, rigor and autonomy
- Good command of French (English is a plus)
- Good communication skills and team spirit

Training in administration, management or equivalent ; Experience in a similar position preferred
