Roles & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support the Management in the daily administrative, financial, and operational activities of the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, disciplined, punctual, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping of all transactions.
-Prepare and process sales invoices in coordination with the finance department.
-Handle supplier communication, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
-Prepare quotations and assist in documentation for client and vendor proposals.
-Oversee team coordination and ensure effective communication across departments.
-Maintain proper organization of administrative files, records, and reports.
-Conduct audits of procedures and departmental compliance with company policies and standards.
-Support management with logistics and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
-Perform any other administrative duties that contribute to the efficiency of management and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Male candidate, aged between 35 and 45 years old.
-Proven experience in administration, accounting, or operations coordination.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting systems.
-High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and reliability.
-Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
