Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage office correspondence, emails, calls, and document filing.

Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as requested.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain office supplies and handle procurement requests.

Support HR and accounting departments with basic documentation and data entry.

Organize company events, training sessions, and internal communications.

Manage the executive s calendar, appointments, and reminders.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Assist in organizing personal logistics (e.g., travel, errands, personal scheduling).

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
