Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Payroll

  • Extract, verify, value and process overtime pay
  • Record employee absences not automatically managed in the payroll system (illness, maternity leave, paternity leave, etc.) and collect the corresponding supporting documents.
  • Perform the monthly reconciliation check of leave entries between the time entry portal and the absences portal.
  • Verify the completeness of allowances and expenses in the time entry portal (according to the Group schedule) in accordance with the ODM/ODD and company agreements
  • Check teleworking allowances monthly
  • Enter variable elements into the payroll system in accordance with the Group forms transmitted by HR (variable remuneration, increases and various bonuses)
  • Submit monthly summary statements of allowances and expenses from the time entry portal, supplementing them with elements manually entered in the Payroll system (payroll preparation stage).
  • Processing of advance and down payment requests
  • Payroll anomaly processing is reported monthly.
  • To be the point of contact for employees regarding all payroll-related questions

In case of employee departures

  • Enter the employee's departure details into the payroll system (reason and date of departure).
  • Prepare the STC form with the latest payroll details.
  • Enter the latest variable elements into the payroll system, based on the validated STC form.
  • Send the STC form to the payroll service provider.
  • Forward to the employee the documents, provided by the payroll service center, relating to the final settlement of accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Holder of a Bac+3 or Bac+5 specializing in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

  • Experience: Junior profile accepted. Practical experience in payroll or personnel administration (via an end-of-studies internship or apprenticeship) is highly desirable and will be a major asset.

  • Skills & Languages

    • Key skills: Mastery of the fundamentals of administrative personnel management and basic knowledge of payroll processes.

    • Languages: Perfect mastery of the French language.
