Key Responsibilities
Administrative Data Management & Record Keeping
You will play a central role in maintaining clean, structured, and reliable administrative datasets that support internal reporting and operational decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal databases on a daily basis using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Reviewing data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
- Standardizing information across records (names, phone numbers, email formats, region identifiers, internal notes)
- Identifying duplicate records, obvious errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to follow written instructions carefully
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational habits
- Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks with consistency
- Ability to work independently in a remote, work-from-home environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Access to a computer suitable for remote administrative work
- Entry-level candidates welcome — training and onboarding support provided
