Key Responsibilities

Administrative Data Management & Record Keeping

You will play a central role in maintaining clean, structured, and reliable administrative datasets that support internal reporting and operational decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal databases on a daily basis using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • Reviewing data entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
  • Standardizing information across records (names, phone numbers, email formats, region identifiers, internal notes)
  • Identifying duplicate records, obvious errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields

Required Qualifications
