Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Data Management & Record Keeping
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal databases using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Standardize formats (names, contact details, regional identifiers, etc.)
- Identify duplicates, errors, and missing information
- Flag incomplete or unclear data for follow-up
- Organize files using consistent naming conventions and folder structures
- Support reporting by maintaining clean and reliable datasets
- Keep logs of updates and corrections
Task & Administrative Request Coordination
- Review and categorize incoming administrative requests
- Assign or route tasks to appropriate team members
- Track tasks from assignment to completion
- Follow up on overdue or incomplete tasks
- Maintain clear records of task progress
- Communicate when clarification or additional information is needed
Tracking, Logs & Reporting
- Update trackers for ongoing, completed, and pending work
- Log daily activities, updates, and identified issues
- Prepare brief progress summaries
- Monitor recurring issues or workflow gaps
- Escalate patterns affecting efficiency
- Support internal reporting with accurate documentation
Scheduling & Coordination Support
- Assist with scheduling and availability coordination
- Update calendars based on instructions
- Send reminders for deadlines and required actions
- Track onboarding progress and milestone completion
- Support coordination to ensure no steps are missed
Quality Assurance & Documentation Standards
- Review work for accuracy and formatting consistency
- Maintain organized file structures and naming conventions
- Ensure documents are accessible and easy to locate
- Support updates to internal documentation when needed
- Follow and uphold SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) guidelines

Work Details
