Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will help streamline daily operations by maintaining records, tracking workflows, and ensuring that information is accurate, complete, and accessible.


Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Record Keeping

  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal databases (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Standardize formats (names, contact details, regional tags, etc.)
  • Identify duplicates, errors, or missing information
  • Organize files using structured naming conventions
  • Maintain logs of updates and corrections
  • Support reporting through clean, reliable datasets

Task & Workflow Coordination

  • Review and categorize incoming administrative requests
  • Assign or route tasks to appropriate team members
  • Track task progress from start to completion
  • Follow up on delayed or incomplete tasks
  • Maintain clear documentation of task statuses
  • Communicate effectively when clarification is needed

Tracking, Logs & Reporting

  • Update operational trackers for completed, pending, and in-progress work
  • Log daily activities, issues, and updates
  • Prepare short progress summaries
  • Identify recurring issues or workflow gaps
  • Escalate inefficiencies when necessary
  • Support reporting with organized documentation

Scheduling & Coordination Support

  • Assist with team availability coordination

Quality Assurance & Documentation
