Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Manage the multi-line phone system, efficiently routing calls and taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining the calendar for the office or specific executives.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to relevant parties.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role, demonstrating expertise.
- Certification in Office Management or Administration is a plus, highlighting commitment to professional development.
- Experience in a corporate environment is advantageous, particularly in fast-paced or customer-centric industries.
