Roles & Responsibilities

  • Telephone and physical reception. 
  • Mail management.
  • Writing and formatting of documents (letters, notes, reports).
  • Classification, archiving, document management.
  • Monitoring of supplies, orders and internal logistics (Purchasing).
  • Administrative support to directors and staff (reservations, preparation of files.)
  • D placement & Communication with external administrations.
  • Training in secretarial or assistantship (Bac+2/3.)
  • Good command of written and spoken French.
