Roles & Responsibilities
Telephone and in-person reception.
- Mail management.
- Drafting and formatting documents (letters, memos, reports).
- Classification, archiving, document management.
- Monitoring of supplies, orders and internal logistics (Purchasing).
- Administrative support for managers and staff (reservations, file preparation).
- Placement & Communication with external administrations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Training in secretarial or administrative assistance (Bac+2/3).
- Good mastery of written and spoken French.
- My proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
