Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Telephone and in-person reception.

  • Mail management.
  • Drafting and formatting documents (letters, memos, reports).
  • Classification, archiving, document management.
  • Monitoring of supplies, orders and internal logistics (Purchasing).
  • Administrative support for managers and staff (reservations, file preparation).
  • Placement & Communication with external administrations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Training in secretarial or administrative assistance (Bac+2/3).
