Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
  2. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
  4. Maintain attendance and leave records and support employees administrative needs.
  5. Organize meetings, book conference rooms, and handle logistics arrangements.
  6. Oversee office maintenance and ensure a proper work environment.
  7. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
  2. 2 4 years of proven experience in Administration.
  3. Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  6. Must be residing in Sheraton Cairo.
