Entrepreneur in Residence - Business development
Tipweb Anne Limited is a UK-based startup, originally founded in Italy, specializing in business development consulting and other freelance activities, with the ambition of becoming a bootstrapping startup studio. The company's mission is to identify new business opportunities while promoting a culture of idea exchange and value sharing: we foster civic heroes through financial liberty and self-development.
We have recently hired, and continuing to hire, Entrepreneur in Residence for two lines of business in the real estate sector: one which focus on long term passive income and the first which focus on short term capital generation.
We are now looking for a Administrative help, a shadow that can help the CEO to develop his business. You have to be very attent to details, and an excellent command of English language and have the willingness to continue the company goals and add his values in this company that we would like to be a big family. We value motivation and results-driven mindset and the ability to learn quickly, so you can bring and especially attract unique expertises, even astrology and philosophy have proven to be valuable assets (see Thales of Miletus on olive presses).
We just expect from you more motivation and more grit to succeed, and drive to guide others toward the goal. You must be a leader of yourself from the start, with strong personality traits that are crucial for execution.
Especially in this crucial starting phase, you should make sure you reach hiring goals to be able to fulfill all market request and create a success story.
Compensation:
Compensation is revenue-based, as in any entrepreneurial venture, and is highly competitive relative to the effort invested with the potential for passive income over time. The entry point is via a consultancy agreement, which means you must be able to work independently.
While the initial contract has a symbolic initial value of 1, your actual earnings will depend on performance, and you will have the rights to equity of the company, making you a partner. A fair estimation of your work would be to start with a slow amount and grow it in time, a minimum goal would be to reach a salary of 8000 gross per month by the end of the year, plus company equity value.
Within the company culture, we promote a concept called Responsibility Income, which encourages team members to improve their lifestyle outside of work and become better citizens earning the maximum they can while generating bonuses for those who enjoy and share their free time with colleagues. This is designed to avoid creating a toxic 9-to-5 environment and is possible because the income comes from contracts rather than constant labor, making it essentially passive. This will be tested for the first time in this project. Moreover, you will likely become a shareholder of the company, this will be further discussed.

Requirements:
The most important skill is that you are the type of person who understands a movie even if you start to see it when it is already started.
You are also a detail maniac, checking and double checking everything to always have a ready answer to any question on what s happening in the company right now.
Understanding and anticipating the business requirements.
Long term vision.
A plus it is to understand the company strategy at a deep level and be able to transform it in words to tell to any stakeholder, being the storyteller of the company.
