Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

The Administrative Support will have the following missions:


Transversal administrative management

Mastery of invoicing processes and ability to monitor them rigorously and efficiently

Proactive management of administrative tasks in support of the Design Manager, allowing a better allocation of strategic responsibilities

Contribution to a variety of assignments, both short and long-term, in a structured and dynamic work environment

Preparation, filing and follow-up of permit applications, ensuring regulatory compliance of projects

Skills in invoicing, SAP and Excel are a must

Knowledge/experience in fiber optics is a plus

Qualifications

Graduated with a Bac+5 in finance or equivalent


Experience: 6 months to a 3 years


Skills required:


Team spirit, rigor and reliability

Excellent English language skills
