Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and computer-based tasks, assist in data-related activities, and provide customer and system support. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive attitude in handling both internal processes and client interactions.
Responsibilities:
Perform computer-based administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Validate and manage data entries as part of daily operations.
Provide support services, including making calls to clients or partners when needed.
Monitor and assist with system-related support activities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements:
Age 23+ years.
Strong computer skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken & written); French is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Reliability and commitment to full-time, on-site work in Antelias.
Previous experience in administration or support roles is a plus.
