Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Participation in the preparation of budget programming documents relating to budget execution.
  • Contribution to the preparation of the programme budget as well as to the preliminary draft finance law, in particular the part relating to the operating budget of the decentralised services.
  • Review and analysis of management delegation agreements and/or contracts related to investment operations.
  • Carrying out various cross-functional projects in close collaboration with the relevant internal and external structures.
  • Profile
  • Degree in public administration, economics, management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of public finance and the state budget
  • Professional experience of at least 3 years in budget management, public finance or administration
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Rigour and organizational skills
  • Mastery of budgetary procedures
  • Team spirit and good interdepartmental collaboration
  • Good administrative writing skills
  • Discretion and a sense of responsibility
