Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensures an organization's administrative operations run efficiently by performing tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, overseeing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Performing clerical duties like sorting mail, creating documents, and managing files.
  • Handling supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office records.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Support procurement processes by managing office supplies and liaising with vendors.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in English is a Must
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and office logistics.
  • Willingness to work onsite in an office-based arrangement.
