Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures an organization's administrative operations run efficiently by performing tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, overseeing supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Performing clerical duties like sorting mail, creating documents, and managing files.
- Handling supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office records.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
- Support procurement processes by managing office supplies and liaising with vendors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in English is a Must
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and office logistics.
- Willingness to work onsite in an office-based arrangement.
