Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations in admissions and front-desk activities.
- Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee birthday operations, including preparation of materials and leader assignments.
- Monitor inventory related to admission and birthday supplies, ensuring availability and proper usage.
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to improve service standards.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring high levels of customer care.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
