Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operations in admissions and front-desk activities.
  • Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and oversee birthday operations, including preparation of materials and leader assignments.
  • Monitor inventory related to admission and birthday supplies, ensuring availability and proper usage.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff to improve service standards.
  • Create a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring high levels of customer care.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile
