Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the entire applicant lifecycle, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students.
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, targeting specific demographics and geographic regions to expand the applicant pool.
  • Lead and mentor the admissions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on achieving enrollment targets.
  • Evaluate applications holistically, assessing academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and personal essays to identify promising candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, marketing, or communications.
  • Holds at least 5 years of progressive experience in admissions or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Demonstrates experience with CRM software and data analysis tools, showcasing proficiency in managing applicant information.
  • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate the university's mission and values effectively.
