Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Support the admission cycle through accurate data entry for applicants.
  • Prepare conditional and final acceptance letters.
  • Receive, scan, file, and maintain applicants documents and records.
  • Create and manage filing systems for applicants and registered students.
  • Enter school information into the university database system.
  • Follow up with applicants via email and phone regarding missing documents, acceptance status, and enrollment requirements.
  • Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to students and parents.
  • Assist in preparing daily presentations and reports for top management.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team by sharing accepted students lists to support fee payment reminders and email communications.
  • Attend school visits and education fairs; meet potential applicants and parents to explain programs, tuition fees, and admission criteria.
  • Perform data entry for students from school visits and fairs for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Support open house preparations and arrangements.
  • Participate in student life initiatives and event preparations.
  • Prepare health insurance Excel sheets for students and coordinate with HR to ensure students receive their insurance cards.

Requirements Experience & Education

  • 0 1 year of experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any relevant major.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Accountability: Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: High accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust quickly in a changing work environment.
