Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of user-centered design solutions across various platforms, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.
  • Oversee the creation of high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and gather user feedback.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs and inform design decisions, leading to data-driven design improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all design projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Holds a minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
  • Demonstrates expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design tools.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and design thinking frameworks.
