Roles & Responsibilities
Scope of Training:
- Advanced techniques in pre-sales, including client needs analysis, solution positioning, and value demonstration.
- Consultative selling strategies and effective communication with potential clients.
- Practical exercises, workshops, and case studies to reinforce learning.
- Methods to assess and improve pre-sales effectiveness within the team.
Trainer Requirements:
- Extensive experience in pre-sales, preferably within B2B environments.
- Proven track record of delivering advanced professional training in IT services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor training content to the advanced skill level of participants.
Desirable:
- Professional training or instructional design qualifications.
- Experience with virtual training platforms and interactive learning methods.
- Ability to deliver training primarily in French, with the flexibility to deliver in English if required.
