Scope of Training:

  • Advanced techniques in pre-sales, including client needs analysis, solution positioning, and value demonstration.
  • Consultative selling strategies and effective communication with potential clients.
  • Practical exercises, workshops, and case studies to reinforce learning.
  • Methods to assess and improve pre-sales effectiveness within the team.

Trainer Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in pre-sales, preferably within B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering advanced professional training in IT services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to tailor training content to the advanced skill level of participants.

Desirable:

  • Professional training or instructional design qualifications.
  • Experience with virtual training platforms and interactive learning methods.
  • Ability to deliver training primarily in French, with the flexibility to deliver in English if required.
