Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To handle incoming or outgoing calls as needed by the department. 
  • Welcoming, listening to and advising clients with professionalism.
  • Respond to requests, complaints and questions courteously and clearly.
  • Present the services / offers / products and guide the customer towards the appropriate solution.
  • Perform the recordings and updates on the internal software / CRM.
  • Very good command of French (diction, fluency, spelling).
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Experience in a call center
  • Knowing how to handle delicate situations and difficult clients.
