Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To handle incoming or outgoing calls as needed by the department.
- Welcoming, listening to and advising clients with professionalism.
- Respond to requests, complaints and questions courteously and clearly.
- Present the services / offers / products and guide the customer towards the appropriate solution.
- Perform the recordings and updates on the internal software / CRM.
- Very good command of French (diction, fluency, spelling).
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Experience in a call center
- Knowing how to handle delicate situations and difficult clients.
