Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Aeronautical Painter
Main responsibilities
-
Prepare the surfaces (stripping, sanding, masking, cleaning)
-
Apply primers, paints and coatings according to the procedures
-
Make the necessary adjustments and corrections
-
Comply with technical specifications and quality standards
-
Check the quality of painted surfaces and perform visual inspections.
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-
Complete the production documentation

Minimum 5 years of experience in precision aeronautical or industrial painting
-
Experience in surface preparation and spray application
-
Good knowledge of painting products, processes and equipment
-
Ability to read and follow technical instructions
-
Attention to detail and rigor
-
Compliance with health and safety and environmental standards
Strengths
-
Experience in painting aircraft (fuselage, parts, components)
-
Knowledge of aeronautical standards
-
Experience in a hangar or paint booth environment
-
Certification or training in industrial painting
-
French/English bilingualism
