Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with the target audience and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support, guidance, and feedback.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, including tracking conversions, traffic, and revenue metrics, to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, payment, and product, to ensure alignment and integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and performance incentives to motivate and incentivize affiliates.
• Develop and implement creative and promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, and email templates, to support affiliate marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies, and provide recommendations for program enhancements and improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reporting and analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for program optimization.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Resolve any affiliate-related issues or disputes promptly and professionally, fostering a positive working relationship.
• Oversee various operational aspects, including the payment process and maintaining a database of affiliate activities and records.
