Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Program Coordinator (fresh graduates welcome) to manage and grow our affiliate program. The role focuses on building strong agency partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Approach and recruit new agencies to join the affiliate program.
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process until partners are fully live.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Coordinate with the Finance and Legal teams to finalize contracts and paperwork.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track affiliate performance against set KPIs and targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive month-over-month increases in affiliates' revenue share through active account management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0 2 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills required.
