Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate after-sales service requests by efficiently managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system to facilitate seamless follow-ups.
  • Monitor warranty claims and service agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely resolution.
  • Facilitate the return and exchange processes by coordinating logistics and communication with customers.
  • Assist in the development of after-sales policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in another language being a plus.
