Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute after-sales marketing strategies to boost service revenue and customer retention.
  • Analyze service data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service offerings and customer experience.
  • Manage the after-sales marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote service packages, promotions, and new service offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has 5-7 years of experience in after-sales marketing within the automotive industry.
