Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute after-sales marketing strategies to boost service revenue and customer retention.
- Analyze service data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service offerings and customer experience.
- Manage the after-sales marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and return on investment.
- Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote service packages, promotions, and new service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has 5-7 years of experience in after-sales marketing within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of automotive service operations and customer service principles.
- Exhibits a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
