Roles & Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Service Assistant

  • Welcome, cost and assist customers with after-sales service.
  • Register, track and process complaints, returns or requests for service.
  • Coordinate with technical, commercial and logistics departments to resolve issues.
  • Write and update client files and intervention reports.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to loyalty.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of after-sales procedures.
  • My trise advances computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good customer relations and ability to manage complaint situations.
  • Sense of organization and administrative rigor (intervention sheet, invoicing, quotes).
  • Sense of customer service, responsiveness and autonomy.
  • Mobility and immediate availability.
  • Good presentation and excellent speech.
  • Residence in Algiers or surroundings.
