Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • After-Sales Service Engineer

  • Diagnosing simple or complex faults on-site or remotely
  • To supervise technical interventions and train laboratory technicians
  • Provide technical support between clients, internal support, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules according to manufacturers' recommendations
  • Monitor quality indicators and propose corrective action plans.
  • Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement tools for after-sales service
  • Write technical documentation (intervention reports, maintenance procedures)
  • To operate throughout the national territory and be able to travel abroad if necessary
  • Recruit new customers and build their loyalty to our products while ensuring ongoing sales support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engineering degree or technical diploma in biomedical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering or similar fields_x000D_
  • Minimum experience in after-sales service (3 years for the senior position, 1 year for the junior and application-related positions), ideally in a medical analysis laboratory environment.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools (hardware and software)_x000D_
  • Mastery of the fundamentals of medical biology
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, customer service orientation_x000D_
  • Good level of French and professional English (written and spoken)_x000D_
