Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Diagnosing and resolving complex incidents (levels 2 & 3)
- Provide technical support to field technicians and supervisors
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and propose sustainable solutions
- Analyze technical needs and propose suitable solutions
- Managing critical situations
- Coordinate multi-site interventions if necessary
- Ensure technical communication with the client
- Produce detailed analysis reports
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in improving after-sales service procedures
- Prepare detailed technical reports
- To carry out and manage technical tasks on site
- Providing on-site workshop support for equipment repair, configuration, and preparation.
- Provides training to the end customer
- Ensures the drafting of technical guides
- Training and mentoring technicians

Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree: Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in technology, electronics, networks and telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, electronics or a similar field
- Additional training
- Preventive Maintenance Training
- Computer Security Training
- Training in Systems and Network Management
- Coding and Programming Training
- Training in electronic circuit repair
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in preventive and corrective maintenance, Project Manager or similar role, with experience in team supervision preferred.
- Validation of the job description HSE standards
