Monitor and develop the maintenance team s performance.

• Monitor progress and ensure achievement of all targets.
• Improve team performance by continuously monitoring and developing individual and group performance.
• Operate service operations by executing sector strategies through setting objectives and action plans and monitoring their implementation.
• Operate service operations by preparing periodic reports and presentations and communicating team needs.
• Monitor and develop service operations supervisors by creating performance development plans and following up on required actions.
• Improve supervisors performance through coaching and regular follow-up on KPIs.

Bachelor s degree in (Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.)

• 2-5 years of related experience.
• Very good Spoken and written command of English language.
• Strong Leadership skills, preferably including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others experience
• Strong Logical and analytical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment
• Problem-solving skills through innovation and creativity
