Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- To carry out and manage on-site technical tasks (installation, maintenance, diagnostics)
- Providing on-site workshop support for equipment repair, configuration, and preparation.
- Participating in complex or critical interventions
- Provides the technical support base
- Ensuring the management of technical emergencies
- prepare intervention reports
- Install and configure equipment on site
- Perform commissioning tests
- Working on versatile tasks
- Write detailed intervention reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic training Diploma: Higher Technician or Bac+2/3 in technology, computer science, electronics, electrotechnics, or a similar field
- Professional experience
- Training in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Training in the repair of electronic and computer equipment
- Reading technical diagrams
- Troubleshooting and repair
- Equipment installation and configuration
- Use of measuring tools and technical software
- Technical report writing
- Rigour and a sense of responsibility
- Team spirit
- R activity and autonomy
- Discipline and respect for procedures
- Good communication with clients and colleagues
- Availability for on-site placements
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in after-sales service, maintenance, or a similar role
