Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers professionally, listening to their technical issues.

Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.

Perform maintenance and repairs on computers and smartphones (iOS & Android).

Install operating systems and software, remove viruses, and transfer or restore data.

Monitor device status and update customers on repair progress.

Adhere to quality standards and deliver devices on time.

Carry out replacement or return procedures for defective devices according to company policy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in computer and smartphone repair.
- Windows macOS iOS Android.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
