Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production for commercials, social content, and branded video projects.
• Develop detailed production budgets, schedules, and resource plans for each shoot.
• Lead all pre-production logistics, including casting, crew hiring, permits, locations, and equipment.
• Oversee on-set execution to ensure alignment with creative direction and production efficiency.
• Coordinate with editors, motion designers, and sound engineers during post-production to finalize deliverables.
• Ensure all assets are delivered on time, in the correct format, and meet client expectations.
• Track project costs, manage invoicing and payments, and maintain financial accountability.
• Build and maintain a strong network of freelancers, vendors, and production partners.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content or commercial production; agency experience preferred.
• Strong grasp of pre-production, filming, post-production, and delivery workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Experience in managing budgets, contracts, and third-party production teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of equipment, production formats, and current industry trends.
• Calm, solution-oriented, and highly collaborative under pressure.
